Jafar came, measured the spaces quickly and then came up with a few different design choices for each closet, based on what I told him I wanted. He had ideas to see what I couldn’t. "We are vey pleased with the quality. Starting with our designer, Desiree who listened to our ideas and designed the perfect closets. Then in less than two weeks the cabinets were installed exactly per the design. I was impressed to see Desiree onsite during installation to assist with the installation and manage any questions I asked during the installation. The installation for three closets (2WI, 1RI) took less than 5 hours. They thoroughly cleaned up and removed the old closet material and boxes.

From start to finish the experience and service provided by this company and everyone who is associated with this team has been exceptional. The initial inquiry call back was immediate. A meeting was arranged quickly. The designer showed up when scheduled, came prepared with samples and generated a 3D diagram of what the closets would look like when completed. There were minor adjustments made to the layouts, but basically the closets were designed for the needs I described from the start. If it weren’t for my own traveling plans, installation could have been done immediately that same week. The installation was seamless. Again, the team showed up when expected. Everything was done in a very methodical process. I was included in height desires as well as space preferences. But, that wasn’t really necessary, because the installers knew best. The finished product not only met my expectations, it exceeded. The installers were focused, cleaned up and removed all the boxes. They went over everything with me to make sure it was all perfect, and it was. I would highly recommend this company for your closest needs. Don’t just take my word for it, call and see for yourself. You will not be disappointed. Oh and by the way, I never heard of this company before, I am not related to anyone in the company and most importantly the price point came in very fair. Decided to convert a bedroom into an office and a linen closet into a walk-in closet. Alcove made the process quick (sending someone to measure the spaces and to provide ideas regarding organization) and easy (installation the following week - pulling the standard shelves and accessories from inventory).
